One musician who stands as a monument to sustained success and unshakable devotion in the ever-changing world of music is Drake. Drizzy Drake is a rapper from Toronto who has continuously topped the charts and rewritten records. He is, however, on the verge of joining Michael Jackson as the King of Pop. Drake is on his way to joining the top ranks of musical superstars with his latest album, For All The Dogs.
And with his twelfth song becoming number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, he is on par with the musical legend Michael Jackson. Due to this achievement, basketball star Stephen Curry took to social media to appreciate the Canadian rapper.

Drake’s musical career hit an important milestone with the release of “For All The Dogs”. The album, which debuted with the electric duet with SZA “Slime You Out”, sparked a surge of expectations. As the album gained traction among fans, “Slime You Out” rocketed to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 rankings. This incredible achievement was Drake’s thirteenth chart-topping song. It’s a feat shared only by the legendary Michael Jackson.
However, to celebrate this achievement, Drake put up a photo of Michael Jackson wearing the OVO hoodie on his Instagram with the caption, “Mooooooooood”. October’s Very Own is Drake’s own clothing brand and has grown to become one of the biggest streetwear brands. Drake put up that photo to celebrate being on par with one of the best musicians ever and that story was, however, reposted by Stephen Curry.
Curry showed his appreciation toward Drake on his Instagram by captioning the photo with the bow-down emojis.

Drake’s career shows no signs of slowing down, so it’s just a matter of time before he breaks more records. Ahead of him are Rihanna and Mariah Carey, with The Beatles ruling dominantly at the top with 20 number-one singles. Drake talks about the helping hands in the album and taking some time off
The addition of NBA superstar Kevin Durant in the album credits adds to the mystery surrounding “For All The Dogs”. He credits Durant as “A&R” on the record, demonstrating a rare combination of abilities from the athletics and music worlds. This star-studded album also includes collaborations with notable musicians, including 21 Savage, J. Cole, SZA, and Bad Bunny, among others. However, Drake addressed his intention to take a break from music in an open and personal interview on the SiriusXM podcast.
Drake shared, “I probably won’t make music for a little bit. I’m gonna be honest, I might. I got some other things I need to do for some other people that I made promises to, but I probably won’t make music for a little bit.” During this little hiatus from music, Drake hinted at an exciting collaboration with fellow rap legend J. Cole. The two heavyweights intend to release new songs before Drake’s recording hiatus takes effect. While the title and release date of this collaboration are unknown, the sheer notion of these two rap titans working together is enough to send shivers through the music industry.
