The NBA star says two teams approached him, the Seattle Seahawks and Dallas Cowboys during the lockout. This stopped activity in the league between July and December 2011. He has recently shared his love for football again.

LeBron has shared a story on his Instagram handle while watching an NFL game on TV. He captioned the story writing ‘Heaven on Earth’. We can see his four NBA trophies in the story while he is enjoying the game.

His passion for sports extends beyond just basketball and football. He is also an avid fan of baseball and soccer. In 2011, he even became a minority shareholder in Liverpool Football Club. But it’s clear that football holds a special place in his heart right next to his trophies. He has even said that he would love to own a football team in the NFL one day.

His love for football can be traced back to his high school days. He was an all-state wide receiver in high school and was on the radar of several top college football programs. However, he missed his senior year of football with a broken wrist and decided to concentrate on his career in the NBA.
