In the history of the NBA, many super teams have failed, a few ended in misery and only a handful became successful. The Miami Heat of LeBron James and Dwyane Wade falls under the last category as they ruled on their own terms. Recently, though, Wade revealed how there was only a 0.00001% chance of him ever playing with LeBron.
Dwyane never considered it a possibility until a moment changed everything. His wildest dreams became true after “The Decision” from James to join the Heat.

In a recent episode of Club Shay Shay,?Wade candidly shared his point of view on the move with the host Shannon Sharpe. “I never thought LeBron and I would play together,”?the NBA Hall of Famer mentioned showcasing his disbelief. He talked about how he had a meeting with the franchise about the same, two years before LeBron joined.
?0.00001% chance that we would ever play together,”?the 3-time NBA champion stated in that discussion, ruling out the possibility. Everything took a turn for the unexpected when Dwyane sat down with the 19-time All-Star. He understood how James wanted more for his career, something bigger than all his personal accolades.
Reflecting on that interaction, the 41-year-old highlighted,?“He was still empty inside,”?to point out LeBron’s ambitions. Wade added,?“He wanted and needed something else for his career,”?before revealing how Miami offered him exactly that. “It was attractive, and it was sexy,”?the 13-time All-Star stated.
That’s why when the duo became free-agent, they “had the opportunity to sit down and talk about it”.?That was when “The Decision” happened as the former Rookie of the Year arrived at the Hear. What followed was history as the supporters still wonder about one thing.

What the trio of Chris Bosh, Wade, and LeBron were able to achieve was remarkable. After winning the conference title in each of the four years, they won two championships. Their time together made the league a bit one-sided, as it instilled faith in many for the years to come.
That’s why the NBA has witnessed numerous super teams since then with the hopes of recreating this success. In reality, the glory rarely came to them, making us appreciate the Heat even more. So, the chances of the fans getting to see a super team close to this is near impossible in the future.
