In 2019, she joined Avery Francis on a podcast show named Girlboss Radio?to talk about her journey and mindset. Upon Avery raising the question of being overshadowed by her husband’s popularity, Mrs. Curry replied, “In full disclosure and honesty, yeah”.?She agreed with the host before explaining the reasons.

The couple signed deals with a national television network that year to air two separate shows of their own. Incidentally, the Splash Brother’s show was being televised right before his partner’s to gain more viewership for the latter one. Both Ayesha and Francis agreed it to be a smart business move from the network’s end.

At the same time, it possessed a major drawback of the audience assuming she got the offer only because of her husband.
