The Suns really need all of God’s powers to qualify for the playoffs. Sitting 9th in the Western Conference, their matchup against fellow playoff aspirants Golden State Warriors is sure to go down to the wire. You can bet that the world’s focus will be on the war that’ll take place in the Chase Centre tonight.
Of all their superstars, Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal have been putting up the numbers over the past 20 games. While KD tops that list with 28.0 PPG, 5.9 RPG, and 4.5 APG, the Big Panda himself has been clocking Oscar-worthy supporting cast performances with 13.8 PPG, 2.5 RPG, and 3.2 APG. Talk about consistency. The Orange Army can rely on them tonight without a doubt, but the big question still remains- are they even gonna feature?
Easy Money Sniper has missed 10 games this season due to injuries- 7 games due to a left calf strain in their dub against the Mavs in early November, and 3 games due to a left ankle sprain in their victory against the Spurs in early December. But as per reports by the NBA, his return to the Bay sees no hindrances tonight, as he’s set to bring the heat against his former employers.

Beal is no stranger to the Dub Nation. While he didn’t rep the Bay Area outfit in his career, his outstanding performances donning a Wizards kit are hard to forget. Might sound surprising, but this will be his first appearance for the Suns against the Warriors, being sidlined by injuries during all their head-to-heads since he joined the Arizona side in 2023. But there’s nothing stopping him tonight, and he looks to give us the déjà vu by bring the fire yet again on the court in deep Cali.

The trade deadline approaches like a freight train for the squads, and the Suns shooting guard seems to be right in the thick of it. Despite his $50.2 million dollar contract ($53.7 million next season and $57.1 million in 2026-27, the latter being a player option) and a no-trade clause, the Real Deal has still been rumoured to a move to the Bulls.
“At this point, there has not been one conversation about a trade because, again, his focus has been on getting healthy and making it work in Phoenix,” says Beal’s agent Mark Bartelstein. He says the rumours have been ‘created out of thin air’, but would Brad be the talk of the town if this was the case? I think not.
