On the other hand, rookie Dalton Knecht has had a great start of his own to life in the NBA by managing to average the third-highest points among the rookies with 11.7 points. Furthermore, beyond-the-arc shooting is where the 23-year-old excels with 43.6% in three-point shooting and 2.3 three-pointers made per game. Also, he managed to grab 3.1 boards and 1.1 assists. Overall, the two players have been key pieces for the Lakers so far and will be pivotal in how they fare later in the season.
