After embracing the second quarter with his spectacular layup plus a shooting foul, Tatum is now the 10th youngest player in the league to achieve this career high. Following Giannis Antetokounmpo and Dwight Howard, the future seems bright for Taco Jay.

While ascending to the locker room, Taco Jay hugged his favorite lady, registering a 32-point score, 11 rebounds, and 1 assist. The lady, of course, turned out to be his mother, which was revealed minutes later. Well, the high-five and the hug said all about the bond. The player then leads his mother down to the locker room after greeting her with a smile.

Apart from the double-double that he hit today, the player scored his 10,000th career point in the second quarter against the Nets. With this record, Big Deuce is now the youngest player in the franchise to hit this tally.
The player broke the record with exactly 5:05 remaining in the second quarter. After making a two-point driving layup assisted by Jrue Holiday, Tatum helped Boston reach 51-48. Seconds later, he drew a shooting fowl on Cam Thomas and then moved on to shoot a regular free throw. Becoming the 10th youngest player in the league to achieve this milestone indeed takes a lot.
At 25 years of age and 246 days precisely, the point guard hit the jackpot, one-upping Antoine Walker (26 years and 131 days). With such stellar play, there is a lot in the game for the 25-year-old.
