Zach Collins’ first love was basketball growing up in Nevada. The San Antonio Spurs forward enjoyed watching NBA games on television and hooping whenever he got the chance. Although he also tried other sports, basketball was one he felt strongly about. Even though he loved the hoop, he never thought of making a career out of it. Well, he indeed went on to make a living, going pro, after getting picked up by the Sacramento Kings, as the 10th overall pick, coming off a maiden year playing for Gonzaga!

Later on, he was traded to the Portland Trail Blazers, where he spent his initial years as a professional before joining the Spurs. Even though his career has been plagued with injuries, the hoopster continues to establish himself in the league. Furthermore, Zach Collins has made the headlines many times due to his game and on-court antics, but not many people know about his off-court life, which he keeps pretty low-key. The fans are intrigued to know about Collins’ dating life, so let’s see if the Spurs star is dating anyone or not.

As fans, we are always quite interested to know about our favorite players’ off-court life, especially their love life, so let’s find out if San Antonio forward Zach Collins is dating someone. Sorry to disappoint you, but as per all that’s available, Collins appears to be single, as he has not been seen with anyone, nor has the hoopster dropped any hints on his social media. This likely indicates that the 27-year-old is enjoying life on his own while focusing on his first love, which is basketball!

Zach Collins joined the Spurs back in 2021 after spending 4 seasons with the Trail Blazers. He was recovering from a foot injury while still in Portland. He had refractured his foot. After moving to San Antonio, he was assigned to the G-League affiliate, Austin Spurs to help with his recovery. A year since then, Collins has become a regular presence for the NBA side and was even in the starting unit when rookie Victor Wembanyama stunningly arrived in the 2023-24 season.

However, as the season progressed, the team opted to shuffle the lineup and now Zach Collins finds himself coming off the bench more often. But Collins has admitted that sharing the frontcourt with the towering French center was something he liked. “We were playing together a lot more at the start of the year and then I got moved to coming off the bench, so we don’t really get to play together that much anymore, (but) I did enjoy playing with him because he’s a fun guy to throw the ball to under the rim.”

In 25 games the duo played last season, they averaged 33 points, shooting 44% from the field, and 14.9 rebounds (as of Feb 2024). Collins complements Wemby and they look great whenever they share the court, which should be a thing we see more often given their productivity!
