On draft night, the Utah Jazz selected him with the 12th overall pick. A dream come true! It was a special moment for the youngster. He is known for his basketball IQ and smooth scoring ability and signed his rookie scale contract just a few days later on July 7, 2015.
As a rookie, he faced the usual challenges, averaging 3.0 points and 3.6 rebounds per game in his early months.
