After working for a year on Wall Street for Merrill Lynch, Lee started his coaching career in 2012 when he became an assistant coach at his alma mater Bucknell. He swiftly showcased his talent for motivating and nurturing young athletes. Joining the Atlanta Hawks under head coach Mike Budenholzer in 2014 was a significant turning point in his journey. After Budenholzer moved to the Bucks in 2018, Lee followed suit. Notable success marked his time in Milwaukee, culminating in a championship run in 2021.

As the game ahead, he further emphasized the rule, “The guy on the ball is the most important guy. You gotta be square. You are the most important guy. We cannot allow him to be able to drive like that.”

Defend your title right here. And every day there’s an opportunity to grow. But we have to move forward, more locked in, more together “.
