Quin Snyder found his true love later in life. After his first marriage to Helen Redwine ended in 2006, Quin was ready for a fresh start. He trusted her judgment, and her support helped him leap. This ultimately shaped Quin’s career, leading him to further success.

Amy Snyder has built a career that blends a passion for education with deep expertise in behavioral analysis. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, specializing in Behavioral Analysis, from the University of Florida. Well, her academic journey didn’t stop there. She pursued a Master’s degree of Arts in Special Education at the University of Washington, followed by a PhD in Learning Disabilities and Behavioral Disorders from the University of Texas.
In 1999, she became a Fullbright Scholar. Something that’s not easy to achieve so early in one’s career. She then spent a year in Peru conducting research, an experience that deeply influenced her approach to education. That year abroad was pivotal, broadening her understanding of global educational systems and the challenges students face in different cultural contexts.
Amy’s career continued to flourish as she joined PEER International, an organization committed to improving global education. Starting as the Director of Training and Technology, she later advanced to Director of Curriculum Design and Evaluation. In these roles, she used her expertise to create strategies and systems that enhanced learning environments for both teachers and students.
