Anthony Edwards’ ex, Ayesha Howard is a brand ambassador and musician per her Instagram bio. She met Anthony Edwards back in 2022 and the two hit it off instantly. However, things quickly turned sour when Howard got pregnant with Edwards’ child. This started a long and twisted chain of events that is dragging on even now. 

Court documents that were unveiled from their legal battle by PageSix and InTouch Weekly showed the nasty exchanges between the pair. As soon as Ayesha informed him of her pregnancy, Anthony allegedly told Ayesha to get an abortion. “Ok lol. Get da abortion lol,” were his exact words according to Ayesha. She gave him an ultimatum after this, giving him the choice between staying updated through the process or “disappearing” till she delivered the baby. The T-Wolves star chose the latter option per Ayesha. 

Another screenshot shared by Ayesha showed her asking Anthony if he hated her. “[Yes,] because you bringing a child in the world that’s gone be without a father,” Anthony replied allegedly. 

In Ayesha’s filing, she alleged that Anthony even went as far as denying a DNA test for the child. He would only agree to a “non-legal, unsupervised testing method that made [Ayesha] uncomfortable and distrustful.” In Ayesha’s own words, “Anthony continued to avoid me and refused to engage in any meaningful way.” 

So far the battle for the custody of Anthony Edwards and Ayesha Howard’s child, Aubri Summers is still being fought. Anthony Edwards has withheld his comments so far. So the only side we’re hearing is Ayesha. However, given the AntMan’s tendency to utter the first thing on his mind, perhaps that is for the best.
