Initial reports suggested that Beal could be sidelined for at least three weeks. The Suns’ “big three” have only played one match together, which is a source of concern for the Suns’ title ambitions and long-term future.

The Suns’ underwhelming start to the season has left them with a mountain to climb in the second half of the season. They currently occupy the 10th spot in the Western Conference standings, with 15 wins and 15 losses. Their recent dismal form has also led to frustration within the Suns’ camp. Reports have emerged of Durant’s “frustration regarding underwhelming supporting cast”.  However, could Beal’s return inspire a turnaround?
