Is Stephen Curry retiring?

With Stephen Curry taking a management role on an NCAA team, does it mean his playing days are over? Well, fortunately, that’s not the case. The 36-year-old has taken this role to help strengthen his college’s position in the collegiate basketball circuit. If you’re not aware, college student-athletes now earn millions of dollars through newly introduced NIL deals. This means colleges that lack financial backing have very little scope to land top recruits. So, Curry at the request of his college has agreed to invest his time and money to help his college compete with other powerhouses.

Us fans, don’t have anything to worry about the Warriors sharpshooter retirement. He’s going to continue to play basketball for Golden State this season and challenge for the NBA championship. Hearing this, we can take a sigh of relief. Well, he isn’t retiring now but this opportunity will just add up to his already remarkable resume. And who knows, it might be something he opts to take up once he’s done and dusted playing basketball.
