“We Don’t Want to Hide Anymore”: Kylie Jenner Discloses Her Stance on Jordyn Woods 4 Years After Tristan Thompson Fiasco

The Kardashian-Jenner family is an oh-too-familiar name in the world of media. For the NBA nation too, they are not strangers. The K-J sisters have had romantic flings with numerous NBA stars. One such relationship was the one between Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson. They started their love affair in 2016 but experienced several ups and downs.

The final straw was the allegation against Tristan, who was seen kissing Kylie Jenner’s close friend Jordyn Woods in early 2019. This caused a massive Khloe-Tristian and Jordyn-Kylie fallout. Now, four years later, Kylie opened up about the entire ordeal and talked about Jordyn Woods.

Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods never fully cut each other off?

Despite the controversy involving her sister Khloe and her best friend Jordyn, Kylie admitted that she always stayed in touch with her friend over the years. They would even get together at her place to catch up and simply “talk through everything.” Kylie was interviewed by actress Jennifer Lawrence for ‘Interview Magazine’. She disclosed, “We never fully cut each other off, and one day, naturally, we were like, we want to get sushi and we don’t want to hide anymore.”

Despite the tough time Kylie Jenner’s family went through due to the controversy, she held a positive point of view. “There’s a learning lesson in everything,” she shared.

Interestingly, she put it down to the familiar mantra, ‘everything happens how it’s supposed to happen’. Kylie also added. “We were so attached at the hip that we needed space to grow into the people that we were supposed to be. I needed that independence and that confidence because she was like my security blanket for so long.”

The infamous Tristan-Jordyn allegation

Winter was still lingering around the corner, just after Valentine’s Day in February 2019. Tristan had spent V-Day with Khloe Kardashian but, a few days later, reports claimed he was seen cuddling and making out with Jordyn Woods at a house gathering.

Although Jordyn Woods initially denied the allegation, she later came out saying that a light kiss on the lips did happen. This led to a lot of turmoil within the Kardashian-Jenner family and Kylie’s friendship with Jordyn.

As for Khloe and Tristan, they tried to mend their relationship, but nothing seemed to work out. So, they finally called it quits. They share two children: Daughter True and son Tatum. Khloe and Tristan are focused on amicably co-parenting their children.
