In a recent interview, Curry discussed his documentary detailing his days as a Davidson Wildcat, before making it to the NBA. However, when asked about his mentality after years of playing in the league, Curry claimed he still feels underrated.
“It’s a tough one to explain because of what the resume looks like but for me, it’s like the healthy insecurity of the way I’ve seen the game of basketball right from day one, has not changed at all, that underrated mindset oozes out of me at every opportunity,” he claimed.
Curry claimed he still feels underrated but this was a mentality he carried to the league from his Wildcat days.

Stephen Curry joined the Davidson University in 2006 to pursue his basketball journey. However, Davidson was not the most popular college for basketball. When Curry joined the Wildcats, nobody expected him to be great. However, the basketball world was not aware of what it would come to witness.
