Real Madrid FC superstar Vinicius Junior is living his best life in Los Angeles. Days after linking up with LA Clippers superstars, James Harden and Paul George, Vinicius Jr. had another fanboy moment with his idol LeBron James. The 23-year-old was present at the Crypto.com arena to witness the Christmas Day encounter between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics.

After the Christmas extravaganza, Vinicius Jr. shared a wholesome moment with LeBron James and Jaylen Brown and received epic memorabilia.

Vinicius Jr. sat in the front row of the Lakers vs. Celtics game wearing a LeBron James jersey. After the game, the Real Madrid star had a fanboy moment as he got his jersey signed by King James himself. Vinicius Jr. also gifted LeBron his Brazilian team jersey and wrote, “To my idol King James. The Best!!!” on the backside. LeBron was ecstatic with the gift and offered to click some pictures with the Real Madrid star. Vinicius Jr. has revealed in the past that he is inspired by LeBron’s work on and off the court.

Following the encounter with his idol, Vinicius Jr. also exchanged jerseys with Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown. He also gifted his jersey to Anthony Davis, who had a monster 40-point game tonight. Vinicius Jr. was prepared to add more names to his iconic jersey collection.

He is a huge NBA fan and already has jerseys of several superstars, including Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Chet Holmgren, Jayson Tatum, and more. But LeBron James’ jersey might be the dearest to him.

LeBron James continues to inspire others even in his 21st season

When LeBron James got drafted into the NBA, Vinicius Jr. was just 2 years old. It is crazy to think that the Brazilian soccer player has become one of the top talents in the world, and LeBron is still dominating the league like he is in his 20s. LeBron will turn 39 in five days, and he is still inspiring multiple generations with his work on and off the court. The LA Lakers superstar is averaging 25.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 7.3 assists in his 21st season. That is something that has never been done in NBA history.

LeBron became the oldest player in league history to have a 40-point game, going 5 of 5 from the three-point line in the last game. With the way LeBron has been playing this season, it looks like he will continue to inspire young athletes like Vinicius Jr. for years to come.
