Stephen Curry and his wife, Ayesha Curry, hosted the 4th Annual Workday Charity Classic to raise funds for the Oakland youth.

Stephen and Ayesha Curry founded the Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation in 2019. They aimed to instill nutrition, education, and physical activity in the lives of every child in Oakland. According to the Curry family, these are the three basic pillars required for the healthy growth of every child. The couple provides the children of Oakland with healthy food, reading resources, and opportunities to showcase their talent on the field. Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation hosted the 4th Annual Workday Charity Classic, claiming it to be the best one so far.

During the event, Steph and Ayesha hosted a day at the Stanford Golf Course. We all know about Stephen Curry’s passion for the game of golf. With his incredible golfing skills, he won the American Century Championship in July. So, the couple wanted to share their passion with the kids of Oakland, raising funds for their brighter future in the process.

NBA stars continue to give back to their city

Steph and Ayesha have been hosting this charity event since 2019. They helped the community of Oakland in the tough time of COVID-19. They funded a meal distribution program to decrease food insecurity in Oakland during the pandemic. The couple is now focused on building the future of Oakland by providing proper nutrition and resources to the youth.
