James Harden found a way out of the Philadelphia 76ers; however, the trade request of Furkan Korkmaz was left unheeded. It was well-highlighted in the news that the Turkish player pushed a trade request to Daryl Morey. However, neither the receiving team nor the Sixers took the request seriously.

After the rejected request, it was obvious that the player needed to amp up his game to elevate his trade value. Well, what the team witnessed on the hardwood tonight seems to be a revenge call for both teams.

Tonight, the Philadelphia 76ers are playing against the Toronto Raptors at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. The visiting Raptors are trailing behind the modified Sixers, with Joel Embiid challenging the hype of Nikola Jokic in the NBA tonight. After being denied the option of trading to a Western Conference team, no doubt Furkan was raged up about what he was capable of.

Well, the shooting guard is showcasing his full potential tonight with Joel Embiid by his side. With 5 seconds remaining in the third quarter, the Turkish star hit a regular free throw 1:1 and shocked the audience. Not only that, with 10 points, 1 rebound, and 4/7 field goals in 22 minutes, the 6’7 Turk nailed the game.

What’s astonishing is that the Sixers dominated the Raptors with a significant lead all through the four quarters. It must have been easy for the franchise to score over the Raptors since the team had done it a second time in this regular season alone. After all, Philly seems to be in a new shape after the much-awaited Harden trade.

With ball-handling, shooting, setting screens, and defensive play, he is almost similar to the small forward of the Phoenix Suns, Kevin Durant.
