Tonight’s game is extra special for the Kelces – they’re getting bobbleheaded! Jason, fresh off his emotional retirement announcement will surely crack a smile after both brothers see their mini-mes in Cavs jerseys, Travis with his #87 and Jason with his #62.
Jason, a 6-time All-Pro, 7-time Pro Bowler, and Super Bowl champion with the Philadelphia Eagles (2017), continues to add accolades to his incredible career. Travis, meanwhile, is riding high after his 3rd Super Bowl win with the Kansas City Chiefs, adding the cherry on top with his relationship with pop sensation Taylor Swift.
Cavs Roll Through
Just a few months ago, the Cavaliers were facing a rough patch. 3 straight losses landed them in 9th place in the Eastern Conference, and star guard Darius Garland was sidelined with a fractured jaw. But the Cavs dug deep! Their next game saw them blow out with their highest-scoring quarter of the season (41 points), leading them to an 8-point victory over the Hawks. It was the spark they needed, and they haven’t looked back ever since.

However, a cloud of injury hangs over the Cavs. Guard Max Strus, who has been a constant presence this season starting all 60 games, will miss tonight’s game due to a right knee strain. The 27-year-old is averaging a well-rounded stat line of 12.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game.
Adding to the Cavaliers’ woes, All-Star guard Donovan Mitchell will be sidelined for at least the next three games. Mitchell, the team leader in points (28.0), assists (6.2), and steals (1.8), is getting treated for a bone bruise. He previously missed games against the Detroit Pistons and the New York Knicks due to left knee soreness.
On the other hand, even though No. 1 seed Boston Celtics’ Jayson Tatum was listed as “questionable” due to left knee contusion, he’s playing in the game against the Cavs.
