It is the offseason and NBA superstars are busy closing vital business deals. Through equity and investment approaches, these players work on their business ventures. Alongside knowledgeable agents and pricey advisors, they can build a solid portfolio off the court. The on-the-court shine helps in building trust and if the player has a big contract, the promise of the investment is high as well. Therefore, it is not a surprise that glorious scorer Kevin Durant also headlines such forms of investing opportunities.

Kevin Durant has built a solid network

Durant and his agent Rich Kleiman have built a solid partnership. After being his agent for years, Kleiman turned into a business partner, too. They launched 35 Ventures which incorporates their business entities. One of these entities is their high-flying network Boardroom. The network is a flagship project that covers all these ventures and also provides news coverage.  The idea originated when ESPN and KD collaborated on a six-episode series called The Boardroom.

The two business partners then extended their influence and have now built a boisterous media network. Now, they have taken a momentous step. The Boardroom is now going to launch an Exclusive Advisory Arm. The official website of the network states, ”The new advisory arm will operate on a yearly fee structure and work with athletes, executives, and brands to create opportunity through venture and private equity investing, sports ownership opportunities, business strategy, and content creation”.

Upon its launch, the Suns Forward expressed, “What our team has built with Boardroom speaks for itself; and it was born out of many of the relationships we have cultivated along the way. Boardroom Advisory is a natural extension of the brand, and is a way for us to bring our resources to other athletes. It’s something we’ve wanted to do for a long time.” This project has now become a major player in the sporting market.

Kevin Durant’s Swagger stands tall

Kevin Durant’s successful NBA career is a major reason why they have succeeded so much. Therefore, his career has become worth documenting. The success of the critically acclaimed TV series Swagger has played a vital role in it. This critically acclaimed Apple TV+ series is loosely based on Durant.

The website of Boardroom flaunts this series since Durant is the Executive Producer alongside Reggie Rock Bythewood. The network has thus incorporated elements from a variety of fields.
