The Golden State Warriors made some major changes to their starting lineup this offseason. The Warriors traded away their future star Jordan Poole for none other than the Point God, Chris Paul. Which in turn goes to show that the team is in a win-now mode, trying their best to make the most of Stephen Curry and the rest of the core?s dominance before their twilight years.

Stephen Curry and Chris Paul have been on the opposite sides of the court, battling each other over the years. So, now with the two point guards finally sharing the court together, Curry describes playing with Paul with just one word.

There is no argument in the fact that Chris Paul has the tendency to make every team better wherever he has gone. And the Golden State Warriors will be no different after the addition of the veteran point guard.

Curry who has often led the team in scoring and running the offense will have someone take over the helm for the latter. Even though Draymond Green has often run the team?s offense. Although, giving Paul the ball at one will certainly make a big difference.

Recently, Stephen Curry had a quick word with ESPN?s Malika Andrews on practicing with Paul for the past three days. She went on to ask how the transition from playing against one another to with each other was.

Stephen Curry mentioned that there was already a lot of familiarity between the two in respect to each other?s games. He also said, ?As soon as the trade happened, you kind of envision what it is like. Get to practice and it feels pretty seamless.?

What will these two point guards bring to the table?

Both Stephen Curry and Chris Paul have managed to master their games at the point guard position over the years. However, the two have totally different approaches as to how they play the game.

Curry is more of a score-first point guard who takes the load of offense on to himself. Whereas Paul is more proficient in running the offense to perfection. But the combination of these two would be deadly.
