Spoelstra helped Wade win 2 NBA championships and reach 4 consecutive NBA finals during Miami?s Big 3 era.

Eric Spoelstra was a first-time Head Coach when he started his tenure at Miami in 2008. But his work ethic and mentality were the right fit for Pat Riley?s organization as Spoelstra began to shine from Day 1. Soon after he became the Head Coach, the Miami Heat formed the Big 3 with LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh. Spoelstra helped LeBron win his long-awaited First NBA title in 2012. Working with three of the greatest players of this generation, Coach Spo has a fair idea of how to deal with superstars.
In just 3 years, Anthony Edwards has shown that he is going to be a superstar in the league. He made his first All-Star team last season, averaging 24.6 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 4.4 assists. Edwards? game continues to get better as he prepares to dominate the 2023 FIBA World Cup. With the connection forming between Spoelstra and Edwards so early in his career, there is a chance that one day, Edwards might take his talents to South Beach and be part of the Heat Culture himself.
