After the three consecutive losses, Miami Heat fans got some breathing space with Jimmy Butler’s return. Indiana Pacers lost as Butler, returning from two games of absence, added 22 points for Miami. Earlier, without him, the Heat lost to Milwaukee Bucks 24-131, with Bam Adebayo trying to offer stiff resistance with 31 points, 27 shots, 10 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 blocks.
As the Miami Heat were set to face the Indiana Pacers, NBA TV broadcast an infographic detailing Adebayo’s statistics. It showed the career-high points, having 23.3 points per game and 16.3 attempted goals. Former NBA star and analyst Channing Fyre, however, did not think much of the numbers.

While showing admiration for the abilities of Adebayo, Fyre stressed that the Heat star instills aggression. He said that he wants Adebayo to display better performance owing to his characteristics. Fyre said, “That’s not enough. I want more (from him). He is the second or third big man in the NBA to men so I want more than this. You are not going to be shooting 27 shots in a playoff game.”
Fyre. further, stressed Adebayo creates chances given his jumping abilities, dribbling abilities and leadership qualities. He wanted Bam to push the limits to harness his full potential to offset the setbacks his team has been receiving. Fyre added, “But if he can get comfortable taking guys off the dribble, creating opportunities for his team, they are only going to get better.”
