But, the question on taking up professional golf after NBA still remains unanswered. However, days after dodging the retirement-question, Steph recently revealed the force that could make him quit the game.

The 2023 NBA offseason has been a joy ride for the Golden State Warriors superstar. Steph has been busy swinging his golf clubs and spending his time around friends and family. Notably, he recently won a whopping $125,000 in the Celebrity ACC golf tournament. Apart from that, his recently released documentary, Stephen Curry: Underrated  has been making waves in the entertainment world. Moreover, the superstar shed light on the retirement question during the promotional interview of the documentary.

Stephen Curry finally answers the retirement question

4x NBA Champion Stephen Curry is all set to step into his 15th season in his NBA career. Despite the size difference on the court, Curry has established himself to the superstar ranks. Moreover, the new documentary also engagingly portrayed Steph’s undying ability to defeat all odds and emerge out as a champion. Subsequently, during a promotional interview for the documentary, he revealed the force that drives him to play the competitive sport. More importantly, he revealed the force that can make him quit the sport as well.

The Baby-faced assassin joined the recently featured BackstageOL interview to promote his film. Even though it was a short interview, the superstar gave out a million-dollar answer. The host asked, “You used to get nervous at games?” He paused for a bit and said, “I feel like that’s if I don’t get nervous or adrenaline, that’ll be the sign that I need to quit.” 

Furthermore, he explained how nerves indicated that he wanted to be successful. “I hope to be nervous for many more years to come.”

However, on another occasion, Steph dodged a retirement question with a hilarious response.

After winning the ACC golf tournament, the reporters swarmed Stephen Curry with various questions. Importantly, a reporter asked him whether he will quit the NBA after his golf success. Surprised with the question, he responded with a hilarious statement, Have y’all seen the CBA terms in NBA? Life is good in the league. I’ll be alright.”
