D’Angelo Russell lately tweeted in the context of his abysmal stats. His average points per game this year were 17.7, a far cry from the 21 points that he scored back in the 2018-2019 season.
It was then in the 2019-2020 season that he had 23 points, but the number has been petering down since then, creating a dent in his average.
And it’s not just the stat-keepers keeping a tab on Russell, Russell himself knows the numbers of his career.
And to this end, Russell had a simple resolution, which seemed peculiar to one of his fans. This is what Russel’s tweet said: “If I can?t score ima get an assist.”
