Jimmy Butler is not only a massive name in basketball but also one of the biggest sports fans in the world. And the Miami Heat star has never missed the opportunity to witness the biggest events. While at it, the 13-year NBA veteran has developed deep bonds with multiple athletes like Neymar, Ryan Garcia, and Carlos Alcaraz over the years. So, what’s new, you may ask? Lately, JB’s fandom has worked like a charm!

Hours after the 21-year-old Spaniard doubled over Novak Djokovic to win the Wimbledon, Spain lifted its 4th Euros title, beating England 2-1 in an enthralling encounter in Germany. And Jimmy Butler did not miss the chance to celebrate both the wins in style. In a viral clip on social media, the 6x All-Star was viewing Alcaraz dominating in the Final along with F1 racer Lando Norris. “2 in a row Carlitos. VAMOOOOSSSSS! Hell yeah. We talked about this,” Butler yelled while happily pointing to the camera.

However, it’s safe to say that his night was far from done after celebrating Alcaraz’s heroics. Jimmy, who attended the Spaniard’s triumph last year over Novak in Wimbledon, could not do so this time around as he prioritized the once-in-a-four-year soccer event. Dressed in casual home-fit attire while viewing Alcaraz doing something that very few tennis stars have done to The Joker, the baller then quickly sported an all-black attire and ran to witness the Euro Finals.

And this is him in Berlin, just a few hours later, hysterically singing Queen’s “We Are the Champions” while holding onto his drink. Jimmy’s connection to the soccer fraternity has strengthened over the years because of his close bond with Neymar. The two athletes have had each other’s back for years, with both showing support for one another. While Spain won the Euros, the Copa America was going on simultaneously, however, Brazil was knocked out well before the Finals.

But that didn’t stop Neymar from showing some unexpected love for Butler!

The Al Hilal ace wrote the caption, “Jimmy TEAM.” The NBA star was quick to see the tribute and comment, “Just a child of Saints ❤️❤️” in Spanish. While we’re quite well-versed in the duo’s blooming friendship, what’s the bond like between the Heat star and the defending Wimbledon Champion?

Jimmy Butler once won a point against Carlos Alcaraz!

Jimmy Butler shares a deep admiration for the Spaniard which developed a friendship between the two juggernauts. The NBA star has made multiple appearances at Carlos Alcaraz’s games, like the 2023 US Open and other ATP competitions. “I want to yell while I’m sitting in the stands. I understand you can’t, but I want to yell, ‘Don’t worry—we’re never out for this!’ He’s going to try to get to every ball,” Butler spoke about the world’s #1 ranked Tennis Star last year.

“Incredible to witness in person,” he continued. “He never gives up on any ball, he’ll dive, he’ll do something miraculous just to try to get the ball over the net and win a point,” Jimmy said while he was in awe of the youngster. They also shared the tennis court during a charity event during the US Open. The two-way veteran managed to sneak a point against the mighty Alcaraz whilst the two were miked up during a lighthearted exchange. The fans present at the stadium couldn’t believe their eyes and they cheered for Butler.
