Nikola Jokic left Nike in 2023 after almost a decade of wearing the swoosh every time he stepped on the court. A huge factor in Jokic leaving Nike could be the fact that he wasn’t given a signature shoe despite performing on the highest level possible for so many years. He shocked fans with his decision to leave the Swoosh and join an up-and-coming Chinese brand.

He joined the Chinese brand 361 Degrees. This came after having back-to-back successful campaigns with the Denver Nuggets where he even took his team to the NBA Championship in 2023. However, Nike didn’t reward him with a signature shoe. He was the only MVP in the last sixteen years with no signature line of shoes. The Chinese brand 361 Degrees noticed this and grabbed the opportunity to sign Jokic when his contract with Nike ended. They offered the Nuggets center a lucrative multi-year deal worth $0.99 Billion in 2023.

In an interview, Jokic talked about his ties with 361 Degrees. “I’m really happy with the relationship right now that I have with them.”  He has also been given his signature line of shoes and will continue with the brand in the coming years. Both Jokic and 361 Degrees hope to release more shoes together and succeed as a team.

He also wore multiple SpongeBob-inspired shoes during the Playoffs. With the new season approaching, the Joker is looking to freshen things up with some new shoes. He teased the fans by wearing an unreleased pair on media day.

The Denver Nuggets center and star player Nikola Jokic was wearing his latest 361 Degrees shoes. 361 Degrees has made Jokic their poster boy and offered him his line of shoes called the ‘BIG3 FUTURE’. Fans could not contain their excitement upon seeing Jokic in them. One fan said: “Take My Money,” expressing eagerness to purchase the new pair of sneakers as soon as possible.

The high-top shoes feature ‘Team Joker’ on the tongue, and fans are already drooling over them. One commented, “Can’t wait to buy those 🤷🏻‍♂️“. Expressing the  same sentiment as the previous fan.

While another said, “With the auto, and logo on the back? They are sick”. This comment reveals that fans notice everything, even the minute details. And they have given the verdict for shoe’s design. A thumbs-up!

The fans love this clean colorway featuring black and white along with small details on the shoe which makes the shoe pleasing to the eye. Yet another fan indicated an intention “Okay I need these” Fans are eager to buy the pair which currently does not have a release date neither has an official name yet.

Furthermore, the shoes look amazing with all the details and the smooth colorway adds to the overall aesthetic of the shoe. The designer definitely has a penchant for creativity. One fan appreciated this and remarked: “They are beautiful”.
