Stephen Curry’s 21YO Godsister’s Sizzling Photos Get Swooned Over by Coco Gauff and Godmother Sonya

The WNBA is growing at an exponential rate and the new generation of female stars are reaping the rewards after years of hard work. One such new age star is Cameron Brink. The 21-year-old plays for Stanford University and she is also known to be the god sister of NBA superstar Stephen Curry. Friendship between Sonya Curry and Cameron Brink’s mother Michele Bain goes back decades when both used to study at Virginia Tech.

Recently, Sonya and US Open winner Coco Guaff reacted to sizzling photos posted by Brink on her Instagram handle.

Cameron Brink is a star in her own right, as the 21-year-old has 319,000 followers on Instagram. And her godmother Sonya Curry and tennis star Coco Guaff can be considered under that category. Sonya recently reposted photos of Cameron on her Instagram handle. Several fire emojis accompanied the post. US Open winner Coco Guaff also left a comment on the post, she wrote “Slayed”.

It is safe to say that Cameron Brink is one of the most marketable college athletes. And with new rules allowing college athletes to capitalize on their likeness, Cameron has taken full advantage of the new NIL rules. The 21-year-old became the first female basketball player to be endorsed by American sportswear manufacturer New Balance. She has been signed by several other companies like Buick, GOAT, Hyperice, Urban Outfitters, Celsius. Cameron Brink has already amassed a valuation of $201,000 dollars in a brief span of time. She is ranked eighth in NIL ranking for female college hoopers.

Brink’s Playing Career

Cameron Brink started her basketball journey with Southridge High School in Beaverton, Oregon. She received USA Today Oregon Player of the Year honors. For her senior season, Brink transferred to Mountainside High School. Brink was a five star recruit and ranked third in the class of 2020 by ESPN. In 2018, Cameron decided to join Stanford University over the likes of the University of Connecticut and Oregon.

Cameron Brink has continued to improve each season at Stanford. She decided to forgo this year’s WNBA draft in order to complete her senior year with Stanford. Brink averaged 15.1 points, 1.8 assists and 9.6 rebounds per game last season. Brink has also represented Team USA at the FIBA under-17 World Cup in 2018 where she helped the USA win the Gold medal. She won another gold medal at the FIBA under-19 World Cup in 2019.
