In a span of just a few days, their modern dynasty accounted for two of the biggest slip-up games. However, this merely scratches the surface of the issues faced by Stephen Curry and the crew. Despite starting the season with a promising 6-2 record, they have managed only three victories in the last 12 games.

Adding to their consistent struggles is the team’s floor general, Draymond Green, who, despite a suspension, continues to exhibit a sense of rage on the court. These sudden outbursts are hindering the development of any chemistry that manages to take root in their system.

Addressing the Warriors’ recent struggles, Marc J Spears pinpointed their “biggest issue this season” when queried about it on NBA Today. Without hesitation, the Hall of Famer identified their “offense” as the pivotal factor. Furthermore, Spears commended remarkable performances by Stephen Curry, humorously stating, “If the Warriors were an old Motown group, they’d be called Stephen Curry and the Miracles right now.”

Spears put light on offensive contributions apart from Steph. He highlighted that no other player on their roster is averaging more than 16 points. Moreover, he noted the stark contrast from last season, where three Warriors averaged at least 20 points per game (Steph, Klay Thompson, and Jordan Poole).

Steve Kerr has been losing sleep

Furthermore, once known for his defense against quick players, Klay is seen becoming a target for young players, exploiting his lost step at several points this season. Compounding the challenges, their much-needed orchestrator, Chris Paul, is grappling with an injury.
