The 30-year-old moved to Phoenix, leaving behind his Maryland home in the capital he once purchased for $7.8 million. Coincidentally, the house is located in the hometown of Durant as the 2-time champion grew up in that state.

The property is spread across 13,482 square feet, glorifying the luxurious lifestyle of the NBA stars. The home includes six beds and nine baths alongside a home gym, arcade, and outdoor kitchen. Notably, it also has a pool and a tennis court outside, adding to the lavish way of living of the game’s players.

More importantly, the house has an indoor basketball court where the 3-time All-Star used to train. For the entire four-year-old property, the point guard’s family is reportedly looking for $10 million following his trade. As Beal is looking to move completely out of Washington and focus on Phoenix, one question spurs to mind.
