“Desperate trades or desperate moves that deplete the future.” Although there have been speculations about the Warriors actively looking for a star to pair alongside Stephen Curry, the Baby-Faced Assassin doesn’t seem thrilled about the idea of a big change. But an anonymous source recently reported that despite Steph’s reluctance, Joe Lacob and Co. are still all-in on making a blockbuster trade. And it looks like the four-time champ is sick of the constant rumors as he sent a stern message to the NBA media following tonight’s win against the Timberwolves.
Thrilled after his team’s hard-fought victory, Curry said post-game, “All the twitter fingers who’s got deals that we need to make can kind of just shut up a little bit and let us figure this thing out.” Even though the Warriors are ranked tenth in the West, Steph believes that they can turn their season around. “We know we can be competitive. We showed that toughness tonight.” He remarked.
Well, the Bay Area franchise showed immense heart against Anthony Edwards and Co. First, they surprised everyone by starting the game strong and taking a 22-point lead in the opening quarter.

Hopefully, this team effort will help silence the critics, who constantly come up with potential Jimmy Butler and LeBron James trade buzz. Moreover, tonight’s victory could help the Warriors build momentum for the upcoming home stand.
Stephen Curry is confident about “beating anybody” as Warriors start home stretch
Sure enough, tonight’s win was a massive confidence booster for the Warriors and Steph even dropped the mic by saying, “We have a whole lot of confidence that we can beat anybody. So, yeah. That’s it.” And that’s exactly the kind of mentality they need to be contenders again. Fortunately, they have an enormous opportunity to turn things around because eight of their next nine games will be played at home. The only away game during this stretch is against the Kings next Wednesday.
