In response, he clearly replied, saying, “I don’t want a girlfriend.” Further, when IShowSpeed guessed that the 2x NBA champion had his heart broken, Kevin Durant responded, “I wouldn’t say I had my heart broken. I’ve uh..I started to understand women a little bit more as I well early on I understood that like she’s not mine.”

The nuances of a romantic relationship resonating with young hearts all across the globe echoed in Kevin Durant’s words when he further added, “Even if she may be my girlfriend, she might be influenced by other people.”

However, Logan’s co-host interrupted Kevin, citing that the 2x NBA All-Star was measuring himself quite low on the love scale. Durant continued that he doesn’t mind love till everything is going well. However, in case the opposite partner is “venturing off,” he will not hesitate to go the other way. She was open to talking about the same, as she said, “Yeah, in my last relationship [with NBA All-Star Kevin Durant], I had to make a decision about compromising myself as a woman. I had to make a decision to leave a relationship, which a lot of people thought I was crazy to leave. There was a lot of criticism over it. But I think God had my back in it.”

An Instagram story of Kevin Durant went viral in March this year that mentioned reasons why he was still single. It was not known if it came out in the original story or not. However, the screenshot of that text went viral on the internet with a verified account stamp of Kevin Durant. Even NBA Central shared that screenshot on its X account. It was a matter of intrigue for the community since they wanted to know why their 2x NBA Champion wasn’t seen around with a better half.

However, that building of hope came down shattering when Durant revealed on Logan Paul’s podcast that it all was fake. “So, you think I really actually made that list? I did not share that though,” he said. KD candidly exposed the truth that “somebody photoshopped” that text to make it look like KD shared it. Rather, he did not even know about it in the beginning.
