One off night and the critics are quick to pounce! While LeBron James’ age shouldn’t be an excuse for his poor performance considering the competition in the league, the superstar has defied his age numerous times on the court. However, tonight, it definitely wasn’t his night as the LA Lakers picked up their third straight loss following the Nuggets’ embarrassment. Meanwhile, the analyst didn’t show any mercy after James missed out on a triple-double outing.

Confusing, right? Yeah, the superstar produced a near triple-double with a 23-8-10 performance, yet he finished the game with -30 on the +/-. LeBron James helped the team offensively, but he looked off on the defensive end, speaking of it, former Boston Celtics player, Kendrick Perkins said, “Bron was horrible tonight defensively and his body language was unacceptable.” At least for tonight, Bron wasn’t the same player he used to be. The superstar didn’t seem locked in for the majority of the portion in the second half, especially on the defensive. It’s definitely not his usual behavior.

On the other hand, frustrated with James’ sloppy hands tonight, Shannon Sharpe wrote, “Don’t know why Lakers play the 3rd quarter. Let tm have a layup line, wide open 3s and Bron been hit with turnover bug. I’m going bck and watching Lincoln Lawyer on Netflix’s” Tonight, the superstar conceded a game-high 5 turnovers, not helping the Lakers’ cause to end the losing streak. Above all, Bradley Beal added salt to the injury with disrespectful play.

We have seen the superstar run coast to coast to deny shots of several ballers, slapping the ball aggressively on the board. Well, tonight, LeBron James faced the taste of his own medicine when Beal denied him with a chase-down. Moreover, JJ Redick benched Bron with 4 minutes remaining in the game despite the importance of point differentials. Redick is let down once again!

JJ Redick probably faced his most embarrassing loss as a coach after the Denver Nuggets dismantled the Lakers at home. Despite holding a 6-point at the start of the second half, the team suffered a blowout loss. It wasn’t a simple loss, but an add-on to the 1-12 loss record. Following the loss, JJ Redick had a meltdown when the reporters asked him about the loss.

While he owned up to his losses before the Nuggets games, he blamed the players and management for the loss. He said, “We can all be better. The organization has to be there. Really, there is only so much we can do… I can joystick it as much as I want, but if you’re competing and you’re not playing, you’re just not participating in the game.”

However, when he concluded his statement, he ended with a positive note, saying, “I reiterated to the team this morning and showed them who we are on the tape… It was more of a how do we focus on today and this week? It’s a big week for us.” However, the tape session didn’t seem to have worked for the Lakers, as they suffered a 100-127 loss against the Suns. Yet another blowout loss!
