The Washington Wizards have decided to go into full-on rebuild mode. After years of mediocre performances, in which they were never really close to competing for the title. The Wizards have traded away their prized assets, such as Bradley Beal and Kristaps Porzingis. Fans would hope that the new iteration of their beloved Wizards can compete for the NBA title in the future. But their present isn’t as bad as it looks. The Wizards still have quality players like Jordan Poole, Kyle Kuzma, and Tyus Jones.

They also added a 19-year-old Frenchman, who is good friends with the NBA phenom Victor Wembanyama.

The Washington Wizards selected Bilal Coulibaly as No.7 in the NBA Draft Night. Bilal selection went under the radar because of generational talents like Wembanyama, Scoot, and Amen Thompson who were drafted before him. With the Wizards in the rebuilding phase, the Wizards could give Bilal tons of minutes in the NBA to develop his game. The future looks promising for the Wizards, as they already have good young players like Poole, Dani Avdija, and Corey Kispert in their ranks. And Bilal is the latest addition to the talented young core the Wizards possess.
