The main quality that sets Tyrese Haliburton apart from many players today is his commitment. Talking to Sports Illustrated‘s Tony East, Kevin Pritchard says, “Sometimes in this business, you get great players. Sometimes in this business, you get great humans. And then sometimes, you get both. We have both with [Haliburton].”
For a president to talk about a player like this shows credibility. Especially given how recent months have shown a lot of players moving teams like changing socks. Of course, they have their own reasons for doing so, but it truly takes an exceptional human being to stick to one. Be it a team or a relationship.

When we come to Tyrese’s stats, it’s no less than impressive. He averaged 20.7 points and 10.4 assists per game this past season. More than 40% of his shots from beyond the arc were successful. Tyrese’s leadership capabilities also make him an ideal fit in Indiana. Haliburton’s ability to create shots for others and execute a clean jump shot from beyond the arc makes it impossible to cover him.
