2024 is proving to be a big year for the James family. Following LeBron James’ historic 40,000 points milestone, his wife, Savannah James, is ready to break new barriers. Nearly two months after teasing a podcast debut on Instagram, Savannah has finally stepped into the Podcast world. In her latest Instagram story, Savannah announced the beginning of her podcasting journey with the first episode of ‘Everybody’s Crazy.’
Savannah was accompanied by Crown + Conquer Founder April McDaniel as her co-host for their new podcast. The duo went live on air and gave out a number for the fans to dial in and have a candid conversation with them. Savannah and April have also made an official Instagram page for their new podcast, hinting that the show might last for a long time. That is a huge step for Savannah, considering she usually prefers to stay away from the limelight.

The 37-year-old hinted at starting a podcast in January when she posted a picture with April McDaniel on her Instagram story. She was laughing out loud with her long-time friend and having a good time. Savannah captioned the story, “KINDA A BIG DEAL.” Many fans speculated about Savannah’s entry into the Podcast world following the cryptic story. And it finally happened tonight.

While Savannah is a beginner in the Podcast world, her co-host, April, has enough experience for both of them. She has spent nearly two decades ideating star-studded events for big-name celebrities, including Drake and 2 Chainz. April has also worked with LeBron James & Maverick Carter’s SpringHill Company on multiple occasions. She has been in the industry for several years and could be a perfect partner for Savannah James on her new journey.
Savannah James’ opportunity to share her story
The new podcast could be Savannah James’ opportunity to share her life story. Being the wife of one of the greatest NBA players, Savannah has always been known as LeBron James’ wife. While many NBA wives become social media influencers or TV personalities, Savannah has chosen to keep a low profile and devote her time to her family. She has always been hesitant to make her private life public. “I just really wanted to enjoy being a mom and supporting my husband. I wasn’t super-comfortable with putting myself out like that.” Savannah said in a 2023 interview with The Cut.

However, the ‘Everybody’s Crazy’ Podcast will allow Savannah to leave her comfort zone and share her experiences with the world. That could help shine a new light on her and become more than LeBron’s wife in the eyes of the fans.
