Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James came into the league as a much hyped prospect. Eventually, he went on to live up to his expectation or maybe even succeed it. NBA All-Time scoring record stands tall as a proof. But he also has a story which catapulted him into a star from nobody during his High School. That story was lately narrated by the Akron Hammer’s former teammate.
The Cleveland Cavaliers selected him as the #1 draft pick of 2003 class, and he entered the league with some of the biggest names. The fans’ expectations skyrocketed even before he set his foot on the hardwood because of his popularity. Subsequently, he went on to win the Rookie of the Year award in 2003-04 season. Fans may know about his glorious entry into the league, but not everyone knows about the game in his high school which turned him into who is now.
