Chris Paul has embraced playing with Stephen Curry and the Warriors despite competing and butting heads with them for the majority of his career. Not only has Paul displayed great eagerness but he has also taken a smaller role for the team.
With Draymond Green back in the starting lineup, Chris Paul has been shifted to the bench. This will be the first time in Paul?s career that he will be coming off the bench after leading his teams on the floor.
After the game against the Houston Rockets, Paul sat down for a post-game press conference. When asked about his new role, Paul said, ?Coming off the bench? It was different. Klay told me, 13,066 games. It?s definitely different but at the end of the day, it?s basketball.?

He also added, ?I?m figuring out something that new. But it?s whatever I gotta do to help our team win.?

But not Paul. He understands what the Warriors require from him and is willing to do whatever it takes to help his team win games. With Paul shifted to the bench, it would be interesting to see how that affects the Warriors? second unit without starters on the court.
