The millionaire entrepreneur Ayesha Curry always sends a message to the public through her activities. Despite being the wife of an NBA superstar, she didn’t let Stephen Curry‘s success overshadow her work. She constantly shared her opinion on women empowerment and women entrepreneurship via interviews and social media. Similarly, Mrs. Curry recently gave her two cents on the importance of self-care before her trip to Dubai with her superstar husband.

34-year-old entrepreneur recently launched her own skincare brand, Sweet July. She mentioned that the brand had been in the works for three and half years until it reached her customers. Even while promoting the brand, she stressed on the importance of self-care. Ayesha even made a skin routine tutorial video with Curry, which went viral for all the good reasons. Even though she faced backlashes from certain fans, most welcomed her video in good spirits.

As a spokesperson of Amazon and as a supporter of black-owned businesses, Ayesha Curry was recently featured in an article reported by E! News. In that article, she opened up about various topics related to business and her own skincare brand. Eventually, she addressed on self-care.

E! News asked, “Why it’s important for us to make time for self-care?” She stressed the importance of skin routine with a perfect metaphor. Ayesha’s response read, “You can’t pour from an empty cup, so to be at your best for the people that rely on you, you have to take time to prioritize yourself.” She even suggested that self-care can be of any form, highlighting skin routine and 15 minutes of journaling every day.

Moreover, she also added valuable advice at the end of her response, which read, “Whatever that looks like for you, it’s important to take the time and be consistent.”
