The tragedy struck in the final minutes of the fourth quarter as Williams rushed toward the basket, aiming to secure a much-needed win for his team. Unfortunately, a hard fall ended his chances on Saturday night. His reaction clearly showed that he was in tremendous pain. Williams was immediately taken to the locker room and didn’t return. The addition of Grant Williams to the list below Miles Bridges, is a significant setback for the franchise. But on a more positive note, both Nick Richards and Mark Williams have been cleared by the medical team and will soon be ready to return to the court, easing some of the pressure on head coach Charles Lee.
