On 13th December, the NBA suspended Draymond Green for “repeated history of unsportsmanlike acts.” A day prior, Green punched Suns’ center Jusuf Nurkic in the face. In an official statement, the NBA stated that “He will be required to meet certain league and team conditions before he returns to play.” Draymond Green’s indefinite suspension took the NBA world by storm.
Many have discussed and debated his suspension at length. Fellow American international and Clippers star Paul George has also decided to chime in with his thoughts on the topic.

During a conversation on his Podcast P, the co-host Jackie Long alluded to the fact that Draymond has to control himself better and take the matters to the referees instead of dealing with it himself. George then added that Draymond will be alright once he is back in the league. He said, “He gonna be alright. We all are waiting to see what the fate is. But he gonna be alright.”
According to The Athletics’ Shams Charania, Draymond has started counseling and is expected to be suspended for at least three more weeks. Charania writes, “League sources said the 33-year-old was expected to receive counseling and work with the Warriors and NBA while suspended.”
Draymond’s suspension has led to a passionate discourse about player conduct and safety. Many feel that Draymond should be permanently banned because of his repeated offenses. However, some are of the opinion that Green’s indefinite suspension is particularly hard, given others have done worse and escaped suspension. Regardless of one’s stance in the debate, there’s unanimous agreement that the league won’t tolerate Draymond’s antics any further.
