To have the attention of a busy man like LBJ isn’t easy. With a long list of on-the-court and off-the-court commitments, his schedule is jam-packed. Then he also has to ensure that he gives time to his family. So, it is not surprising that he ends up ignoring people around him. Even those who are attached to big names.
Stephen A. Smith narrates the incident where the Los Angeles Lakers phenom ignored his sister. He sat down on Podcast P With Paul George to discuss the matter. He says that her sister adores George so much that “she loves the ground that this brother walked on”. Then he relates an incident after the Heat’s Game 7 win over the Pacers in 2013 which made her adore PG-13 this much.
Smith states what transpired with her sister when she wanted LBJ’s autograph. He relays, “My sister is standing by the television set is hold on. She wanted an autograph from LeBron. LeBron completely ignored her .”
He continues, “She’s trying to get LeBron’s attention, but he completely ignored her. She couldn’t stand him ever since”.
Clearly, the incident left a shattered heart, but then George stepped in to save her day.
Paul George repairs Carmen’s day

Eight Time All-Star Paul George had just lost a Game 7 against the Heat but he was willing to entertain Carmen’s wishes. Smith relates the incident by saying, ”The same night Paul George lost comes walking in. Carmen’s like “Can I have a picture?”. Paul George is like” Sure, no problem”. She’s never forgotten as long as she lives.”Going further into her Smith puts together a hypothetical scenario.
He goes on, “She loves Paul George so much. if she flew in Friday from LA and I told her Paul George want her cookies. She’d come over to my crib, make the cookies. Then make me get in the car and drive her to Paul George to deliver the damn thing”.
