Kuzma signed his rookie contract deal with the Lakers in 2017. He stayed with them for three years in which he won an NBA championship in 2020.
Despite signing a three-year $40 million contract extension with the Lakers, Kuzma was traded to the Wizards in a five-team deal in 2021.
