The 27-year-old superstar joined the likes of? Liz Cambage and Riquna Williams as the third player in WNBA history to surpass the 50-point mark. And this is all thanks to her accomplishment. She even caught LeBron James’ eye!

Meanwhile, following the game, she spoke her heart out.

The 6’4″ forward of the Las Vegas Aces put on an incredible display. She successfully led her team to a decisive victory over Atlanta. Her splendid and accurate 16 of 23 shots from the field did the deal!

However, what really set her apart was her capacity for drawing fouls and scoring from the free-throw line. She made 20 out of 21 free throw tries. And in fact, the young player impacted the boards, grabbing 7 rebounds to help her team.

And following the game, she spoke her heart out about her teammates.

Wilson was asked about how it felt to make history. She said,?“It feels good, it does feel good. But I didn’t do this alone. LeBron James joked, “Must be the (shoes)!!!”, alluding to the fact that Wilson was wearing LeBron 20 shoes throughout her world-record-breaking performance. He continued, “Nah it?s definitely her game the whole way!! They do look good on her though! GO THE HELL OFF THEN SIS!!!!! @_ajawilson22”

Las Vegas Aces clinched the top spot in the fierce Western Conference. They held an impressive record of 29 victories and just four defeats, paving the way for a potential championship run. With the best record in the WNBA with a record of 24-4, they are set to play the Mystics (15-18) on Saturday.
