Minnesota is standing against the countless teams who have tried to come back from a 0-3 deficit. Facing the Mavs at the American Airlines Center in Game 4, the margin of error is slim. The Wolves need to gather up all their courage and perseverance if they hope to achieve the impossible. Luckily, a young leader like Anthony Edwards won’t let their spirits wither away so easily.
Mic’d up, the 22-year-old was seen and heard empowering his teammates. He was passionately urging them to be more lively and fight for loose rebounds. Such scrappy and high-energy plays are prerequisites in their colossal comeback task. But Anthony Edwards isn’t doing it for sympathy.
He understands the cruel and fast-moving nature of the NBA. “If they win this game, it’s 4-0. They not gonna feel sorry for us bruh! We gotta put everything on the line!” said the former No. 1 pick, trying to motivate his bench.

As expected, the Wolves are resilient when stacked up against the herculean odds they face. Anthony Edwards, the young dynamo, is leading the surge against Dallas, accumulating 23 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists going into the final quarter. The contest is heading towards a riveting fourth quarter.

Minnesota can’t afford to be complacent as they have in the previous three battles during this stage of the game. Anthony Edwards and Co. will have to stay on their feet ready to strike, especially when they are facing the star tandem of Doncic and KAI, who have time and again saved their best for the clutch.
The Wolves and Anthony Edwards always believe!
This isn’t the first time that Minnesota has had their backs against the walls. In fact, they have been in this position during these playoffs itself. During the last series, after going up 2-0 that is, Minnesota lost three in a row to the Denver Nuggets. Beating the defending champions for three straight games would require tremendous levels of motivation and belief, something this team has in abundance.

As it happened, the Timberwolves did the unfathomable.
They went up against the Nuggets fearlessly, despite them being on the edge of elimination. But their pride wouldn’t accept defeat in such a manner. Edwards steered the comeback, alluding to his charisma and flair. The Timberwolves followed suit. Similarly, their attitudes and mentality remain the same when up against the Mavericks down 0-3.
“I think we’ll be alright, though. Still, like I said, it’s first to four so I don’t really think we’re worried. I mean, we’ve been in a situation before and I think if anybody can win four straight or something in that scenario, I think it’s us”, said 6MOTY Naz Reid after losing Game 3.

There is no room for rest. The Wolves don’t have the luxury to relax at any given moment during the remainder of the series. A spot at the NBA Finals is on the line. Two titans who will probably compete for years to come look to impose their authority over the other.
Who will claim the battle, Luka Doncic and the Mavs or Edwards and the unyielding Wolves?
