For Stephen Curry, nothing trumps the family he has built with Ayesha Curry. No matter how difficult a day, she is his healer. However, in the everyday run, it’s a different woman who makes sure the Chef’s off-court endeavors are well taken care of. Her story began working for the Warriors at the front desk and then climbing up the ranks to COO. Yes, we’re talking about Tiffany Williams.
Williams grew up a fan of the Warriors, watching games regularly with her father. That helped her realize her dream of being close to sports. Williams studied public relations and interned for major corporations before landing a job with the Warriors. That’s where she first met Curry. In her 10 years with the franchise, she started as a front desk receptionist, slowly making a rise.
During Stephen Curry’s rookie season, she worked as the community relations manager. While guiding players to be impactful community leaders, Curry was impressed by her skills. “She is somebody you trust that understands who you are, how you operate, align passions on finding any opportunity to leverage whatever resources, partnerships, opportunities to change people’s lives. We vibed off of that for sure,” he told Andscape.

It just so happened that when Curry began taking his role in the Oakland community with greater force, Tiffany Williams was on the brink of leaving the Warriors. Through a common contact, the four-time champion reached out to her as he needed someone to lead his business empire. At that point, Williams had a job offer on the table. However, it was her meeting with Curry that convinced her to join him instead.
“When you talked to him, he looked you in the eye and paid attention to what you were saying. Maybe some guys are doing some other things when you’re asking them about events. He’s actually paying attention, listening and thinking about it. In the times where he had to tell me no, he would think about it and gave you a story on why. I thought that made him different…,” she later shared about Curry.
Since then, Williams has become an integral individual at Thirty Ink and is now in the middle of managing one of his most important years.

Stephen Curry is packed during the All-Star weekend
Over the years, especially since his rise to stardom, Curry’s business endeavors have experienced a staggering uptick. With him being busy trying to focus on basketball, he describes Williams as the “point person to make sure the integrity of deal structure is aligned with our mission”. So any opportunity flows through her, and with the trust they have built, Williams funnels them as per the Warriors’ cornerstone’ personalities.
She is vested with the power of saying “no” and currently manages through his schedule. And although she does her best to keep him free on off days, this year promises to be rigorous.
“I’ve been telling a lot of people no. There is never going to be a lack of opportunity. There are things that we want to do. But just unfortunately, right now, we won’t fully catch up until realistically 2026,” she told Andscape. A major reason for the same is the ongoing All-Star weekend in San Francisco.

Stephen Curry is acting as an ambassador and throughout the three days has a lot on his plate. He launched his ‘What The Bay’ Curry 12, and has plans to beautify the city through his Eat.Learn.Play Foundation is also hosting private parties among other initiatives. “It probably will feel like a lot once we get to it. But a lot of the stuff I’m excited to do and kind of hyped to see what the response is and the impact” says Curry.
Tiffany Williams sees any All-Star weekend in particular as chaotic due to Curry’s allure and level of fame. But now that it’s at home, although he may not have much time to rest, she wants to ensure the experience is enjoyable. And as the COO, so far it seems she is succeeding at her job.
