Arsenal F.C. took on the iconic EPL club, Manchester United in their 4th fixture of the season. In this game, “The Gunners” beat the “The Red Devils” to register their third win of the season so far. After conceding an early goal to Marcus Rashford, the Gunners came back in heroic style, crushing Manchester in a 3-1 victory. This victory naturally elated the Philadelphia 76ers center who took to X to share his excitement.

Embiid put out a statement that read “GOONERS!!!“ after their heroic victory. However, Embiid’s tweet came as a shock to fans, considering his long-running loyalty to the Spanish soccer club, Real Madrid F.C. Fans expressed their confusion while berating the Sixers center’s choice given Arsenal F.C.’s infamous reputation.
