If there’s anyone in the James family who can’t be overlooked, it’s Savannah James. Even after two decades together, LeBron and his wife continue to keep the spark alive by going the extra mile in their relationship. And when Savannah makes a demand, the 39-year-old is sure to oblige.

Talking to her Everybody’s Crazy co-host April McDaniel on the podcast, Savannah revealed that she has set a list of places the James couple must visit every week without fail. “I saw something on Instagram and it was like the top 12 restaurants in LA.,Mrs. James said. Now, of course, she wanted to visit those places with LeBron. “So I sent it to him and I said, by weekly, we going to one of these restaurants when I’m off my cleanse. But that’s gonna be in the book. That’s what we doing.” Her firm set mind must have been enough for LeBron but Savannah still added, “No compromise. We know where we going. No questions asked,” just to ensure there would be no excuses.

Savannah previously shared on the show, “My love language is also quality time.” That could mean simply relaxing at home on the couch binge watching series on the TV, depending on the mood, but, date nights are not so frequent because of the Lakers star’s demanding schedule. So it becomes even more important for them to specifically set some time aside.

Savannah has made countless sacrifices for LeBron’s career, from caring for their children and managing family affairs to supporting his businesses. So, it makes sense if she wants her husband to take out some time for date night!

Not just that, Savannah has also devoted so much love to her family, that she’s often prioritized her role as the perfect wife and mother while even neglecting herself at times. But now, she has decided to give herself another chance and also take care of her well-being.

It might be hard to believe that someone like Savannah would ever hold back from loving herself, but it’s true. The 38-year-old opened up about it during an episode of the podcast with her girl gang in attendance.

“I love my kids. I love my husband. I love my family. I love my friends, but wasn’t always in love with myself,” Savannah confessed. She clarified that the message wasn’t meant for others but for herself. “I would tell myself to open your heart. You’re worthy. You’re enough.” during all those times she felt otherwise.

Savannah was going through a dark phase when the world was fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. However, she never gave up. She found a way out, overcame the challenges, and emerged stronger. Now, she’s dedicated to helping other women in various fields through her Let It Break venture and this podcast. All hail to the queen. Her followers can only hope she never faces those dark times again and continues to love herself as much as others do because she’s worth it.
