In a household consisting of two boys in their late teens, LeBron James’ 9-year-old daughter, Zhuri, brings a different joy. She shares a memorable bond with her mother, as everyone has a certain and distinct hope. Savannah once revealed, “My daughter is now there with me and she’s watching me and she’s already expressed to me, ‘Mom, I want to be like you.’” And as it was recently Mother’s Day, Zhuri made it her mission to honor this important person in her life.

A few hours ago, LeBron James’ wife, Savannah, took to her official Instagram account to highlight a story on her feed. It featured Zhuri standing across the dining table and singing her heart out to Meghan Trainor’s song ‘Mom’. Throughout the performance, LeBron and Savannah could be heard audibly reacting to their daughter’s tribute, possibly being all smiles behind the camera.

In the meantime, the couple’s two sons, Bronny and Bryce James, did not choose to break out singing. Instead, they took to their own Instagram accounts and posted tributes to their mother. Bronny uploaded a photo of himself donning a ‘Buckeyes’ jersey while Savannah stood beside the youngster with an arm around him. Bronny wrote, “MOMMA DAYYYYYY”, accompanied by a couple of hearts. Bryce highlighted a throwback of the mother-son duo and called Savannah “Ma Dukes” in the caption. Savannah then showcased both posts on her feed.

The tributes by the kiddy trio are all that a loving mother could have asked for on this special day. However, while the love and affection behind them would have been in equal amounts, it is safe to say that Zhuri outdid her brothers with her heartwarming performance!

Savannah admits to partiality in the punishments notebook!

Being the youngest and the only daughter in the family, it would be justified for Zhuri to receive some pampering from Savannah and LeBron James. However, does that exclude her from the infamous ‘whooping’ that Bronny and Bryce received? According to a recent revelation by the beloved mother, the answer is a definite yes!

A few days ago, Savannah sat down with her podcast co-host April McDaniels, as she discussed the challenges that came with being a mother, placing special emphasis on ways to discipline the kids. When McDaniels asked her co-host if she “disciplined Bryce, Bronny, and Zhuri differently?”, the latter replied with a chuckle, saying, “Yes, I did. Zhuri ain’t never got a whopping before by me”.

Savannah emphasized that she never had to discipline her two boys that much, except on certain occasions. But knowing how mature her daughter is, even at such a young age, she knew that taking a different approach would be enough to emphasize her point.

“Zhuri is a lot more, like, with it,” Savannah continued. “So, to have a conversation with her is the way I prefer to go rather than take any other form of discipline because she gets it.”

While her father continues to break NBA records, Zhuri is the one who continues to win the hearts of the people. With her father’s basketball days slowly coming to a close and her brothers’ careers just taking off, fans wait to see what next chapter awaits the smallest member of the James clan.
